A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not suffcient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not suffcient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are suffcient, but NEITHER statement alone is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT suffcient.

Statement (1) is not suffcient because there are a lot values for n > 4 both satisfying or not satisfying the test condition.
Statement (2) has two integer solutions: +5 and -5. Both yield an integer result, thus deciding the test condition. So statemet (2) ALONE is sufficient to decide the question - (B) should be our option.
Note that even if the question was "If n is an integer, is (100-n)/n a positive integer?", statement (2) would still be sufficient (together with n > 4 from statement (1) ), because in both cases n=+5 / -5 it would tell a definitive answer to the question (yes for +5 and no for -5). It is important that you fully understand and incorporate difference between "data sufficiency" and "problem solving"...
Percebo pouco destas coisas, mas no caso da questão se referir a um inteiro positivo ambas as determinações são necessárias, não são? Nenhuma, por si só, seria suficiente para dar resposta ao problema, parece-me. O que quero dizer é que fiquei confusa... se calhar porque não sei distinguir entre condições necessárias, condições suficientes e condições necessárias e suficientes (já agora: uma condição suficiente é sempre necessária? se sim, porque é que já ouvi falar em condições necessárias e suficientes?). [desculpa invadir assim este espaço de comentários tão limpinho, mas gostava mesmo de saber as respostas]
